Please download the relevant Risk Assessment Sheets (RAMS) for your school based on your chosen surf lesson location.
Wavier
It is a requirement that all teachers have their students complete the online digital waiver at least x1 week prior to the surf classes.
IMPORTANT:
- Please either text or email the waiver link to the parents of each student to sign and fill out at least x1 week in advance.
- Please make sure the parents put down their child's name down first and then their name down after as the guardian.
- Please make sure they select Schools Surf Lesson and/or 1.5 hour surfskate class.
Note: If there is no surf we will be able to run a super fun surfskate class for the kids instead.
